Assistant managers are responsible for helping the general manager with the execution of their tasks. They are responsible for dealing with the paperwork, handling the training programs, taking part in brainstorming activities, helping with the decision-making processes, etc. When the general manager takes a day off, it is the Assistant who fills his position.
