FortuneCooking Food Truck specializes in Asian-Fusion cuisine…we combine elements of different culinary traditions like SE Asia and marry them together to create the most delicious and unique flavors. Owner and Executive Chef Tom Lin, is a restaurateur, culinary instructor and Television Celebrity Chef. Inspired by his appearance on this season’s The Great Food Truck Race (on the Food Network), Tom purchased a food truck and expanded on his FortuneCooking Brand. We are honored to bring this Food Truck to metro Detroit and share our love of food!!
