Host/Hostess
The host/hostess is responsible for the customer’s first impression of your restaurant and service. The host/hostess greets customers and takes them to their respective table. They also provide menus and assist with any initial information or questions that the clients may have. The people hired for this position are also responsible for answering the phone and making reservations. They may also assist with carryout.
